Shruti Haasan cut out Forever 21 dress fails to make the cut

All these skin-baring looks might get you folks excited but for me it’s only certain Bollywood gals that can pull the strategically placed cut-outs and Shruti Haasan is sort of half way on that ladder. Not exactly a ravishing look in her Forever 21 long dress but not at the bottom of the rung either. If she had left the dangling ridiculous neck piece at home or dumped it in the bin and had her hair up she might have had sizzling look.
